Lining- An Exploration of Identity, Production, and Material

I had the incredible opportunity to assist in curating and organizing an exhibition that showcased the amazing work of artists specializing in wearable textiles. This exhibit explored the intersection of fashion, art, and technology, highlighting pieces that blurred the lines between garment and sculpture. Each artist brought a unique perspective, experimenting with materials, textures, and techniques to create wearable art that challenged traditional notions of fashion. In addition to helping with logistics and installation, I worked closely with the PR team to promote the show and create a publication to accompany the exhibition. The publication featured artist profiles, insights into their creative processes, and an in-depth look at the concepts behind each piece, along with poems that were also submitted. It was a truly inspiring experience to contribute to an event that pushed the boundaries of fashion while also engaging the public.
