For this project, I researched the carbon emissions associated with a popular recipe—Rosemary Roasted Potatoes—and created an interactive website to showcase my findings. The goal was to raise awareness about the environmental impact of food choices, specifically the carbon footprint of preparing a single meal.

The website not only provides a detailed breakdown of the carbon emissions tied to each ingredient in the recipe, but it also includes the full recipe itself for users to try at home. I used data-driven insights to highlight how everyday cooking can contribute to climate change, aiming to encourage more sustainable food practices. The design focuses on clarity and user engagement, making complex environmental data accessible and easy to understand.
